The Chef Shack Food Truck uses ingredients from family farms and co-ops within Minnesota & Wisconsin, and organic whenever possible.
They cook seasonally so their menu is always changing!

They use 100% biodegradable, & minimum packaging to reduce their impact on Mother Earth.

Look for the Chef Shack Food Truck directly out the back door of the Festival Hall. 

The Coat Check will be located in the library next to the outside door for your convenience.
